HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN UNDER CARE?

I’ve been under care since March 8, 2010.

REASON FOR STARTING CARE?

I had horrible lower back pain.  It was so bad that when I went to sit down I would fall over in pain.  This pain came and went for the last 12 years.  This time it was much worse than ever before.

WHAT CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENTS DID YOU NOTICE?

I have learned so much from Dr. Tyler.  He is a wealth of information.  I never realized God's creation had so many small things that work amazingly well when all is in the place it was meant to be in.  Since coming to True Life, I have not had allergies.  Normally the flowers and grass make me so congested.  This is the first season I have been able to smell flowers.  My allergies have not bothered me at all this year and that is so wonderful.

HOW HAS YOUR LIFE CHANGED SINCE YOU BEGAN CARE WITH DR. MOLSTRE AT TRUE LIFE WELLNESS?

I started out on a journey March 17th that has lead to some wonderful destinations so far.  Journeys are not as easy as it might seem to start out with.  I started out by going soy-free and limiting my high fructose corn syrup.  This has taken much will power!  In this short time I have lost over 30 pounds and have more energy.  Since this has started, I have craved a lot less sweets & processed foods.  I also have a lot more self-confidence and more self-esteem.  I know I get great care from the people at True Life and that makes all the difference.

ANYTHING ELSE?

A lot has changed in just 12 weeks.  I have talked to many people about the wonderful changes I have experienced under Chiropractic care.  And I had a 4.0 gpa this last semester at Grand View University while taking 17 hours of college credit.

ACTIVITIES YOU ENJOY?

I enjoy time with family and friends, scrapbooking and church activities.  I am involved in Campus Crusade for Christ, Education Club and Viking Council at Grand View.
